Lauren Iuliano began her dance training at the age of six in Tucson, AZ and decided to make her passion her career when she joined her high school's dance team as a freshman. Throughout high school, she performed in lead and corps roles with Arizona Dance Theatre's renditions of the Nutcracker, Coppelia, and the Wizard of Oz as well as competing in jazz, contemporary, lyrical, hip hop, and tap with the studio's company. Lauren has continued her studies at Grand Canyon University, where she will graduate with a degree in Dance Performance in 2018. At GCU, Lauren has performed with the Ethington Dance Ensemble in faculty and student works for six semesters. She recently had her own choreographic work chosen to represent GCU at the American College Dance Association Festival 2017 in Modesto, CA, where her piece was selected as one of the top three undergraduate pieces of the festival. Lauren has also had the privilege of expanding her dance studies on scholarship in Monterey, CAwith CSU Summer Arts and Chicago, IL with the Ruth Page School of Dance. When she's not dancing, Lauren is a yoga teacher and works as a student worker within GCU's dance department. Lauren is very excited to share her love of performing and teaching dance with her students!
Lauren holds a fingerprint clearance card, is a member of the National Dance Education Organization, and has been teaching dance around Arizona for four years.
