Mckenna Streett

 (Tap Instructor/Campus Program Instructor)

Arizona has been Mckenna's home for 13 years now. She danced and trained in various styles for 22 years. In May of 2014, she graduated from Arizona State University with her Bachelors in Fine Arts for Dance Education. She began teaching dance 5 years ago at a studio in Scottsdale, where she taught 3-10 year-olds in Tap, Jazz, Ballet and Hip Hop. Since then, Mckenna interned at Millennium High School, Saguaro High School and completed her student teaching, as a part of her degree program at Sandra Day O’ Connor High School. She holds a valid fingerprint clearance card and her Standards K-12 Teaching Certificate through the state of Arizona.  Mckenna is also a 2nd year teacher at Diamond Dance Works, for the Petite & Junior Tap Class on Tuesdays, as well as the after school teacher for Diamond Canyon and Norterra Canyon Elementary. This will be her fourth year as the Director of Westview High School's Dance program, in the Tolleson Union District. She looks forward to guiding and teaching your students this year in their dance journey.
