Jessie Hammit

Jessie Hammit began dancing at the age of two and brings over a decade of competitive experience to her work. She has trained extensively in ballet, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, tap, hip-hop, and has some experience in acro. Over the years, Jessie has taught a variety of styles to dancers of all ages and choreographed award-winning competition pieces.

Currently, Jessie is a company member with Wight Noise Dance Company, an adult contemporary company based in Phoenix. She has performed at various events, including the Tempe Dance Festival, Dance in the Desert Festival in Las Vegas, Sedona Dance Festival, Arizona Dance West Festival, and more.

In addition to her dance career, Jessie works as a high school counselor and holds a Master of Science in Psychology, a Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Health Science from Grand Canyon University. She is thrilled to bring her passion, experience, and creativity to Diamond Dance Works, inspiring students to grow in both skill and love for dance.
