Shirley Clark

Originally from Denver, Colorado, Shirley brings a wealth of experience in dance and the performing arts. She earned a scholarship to the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in Los Angeles, where she studied Dance and Musical Theatre under the guidance of renowned industry professionals. She also studied Elementary Education at Colorado Christian University, deepening her dedication to youth development through the arts.

Shirley’s diverse career includes professional performance, competitive choreography, and arts education. She has taught dancers of all ages and served as an elementary dance teacher at a K–8 performing arts school for several years. As the former Artistic Director of an award winning Colorado dance studio, she fostered an environment where young artists could thrive in both skill and confidence.

Beyond the studio, Shirley owned and operated Princess Parties of the Rockies, a successful children’s entertainment company that she ran for nearly a decade. Through her “best friends,” Princess Moana and Princess Jasmine, she created magical memories at birthday parties, hospitals, and community events bringing joy to countless children. In her free time, Shirley enjoys adventuring with her daughter, prioritizing self-care, and baking. She is excited to be a part of the vibrant community at Diamond Dance Works!
