Tammy Davila
Tammy Davila is proud to be part of the team at Diamond Dance Works.
She is the mother of two daughters who currently dance at the studio, both of whom began their dance journeys at the age of three. Her youngest daughter has been a dedicated member of the Diamond Dance Works competition team for the past five years. Supporting her children as they pursue their passion for dance has been one of the most rewarding aspects of her journey.
Before becoming a stay-at-home mother for ten years, Tammy built a professional career in banking and management, where she developed strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills. She later applied those same strengths in volunteer roles as a team secretary for local dance and cheer programs, focusing on communication, coordination, and community involvement.
Tammy currently serves as the café manager at her children’s school, where she helps create a welcoming environment and takes pride in providing nutritious meals to students each day. She holds a valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card and is dedicated to maintaining a safe, supportive space for all children.
Tammy believes Diamond Dance Works is more than just a studio—it’s a second home. She is honored to be part of a team that values connection, creativity, and community, and she looks forward to supporting dancers and their families in every way she can.
