Tiffany Olander

Tiffany strives to be an educated, passionate, and altruistic instructor with a philosophy of servant leadership. She has 10+ years in childcare and dance experience and a Bachelors from GCU where she studied philosophy, theology, music composition & song writing. She additionally holds a multitude of current certifications/ professional developments in which she continues to expand. She has trained in ballet, lyrical, contemporary, jazz, pom & cheer, hip hop, latin, and more. She began in the studio and quickly started her own afterschool dance programs at several elementary schools in the valley. She is motivated by a commitment to artistic expression and personal progress muscled by experience and knowledge in childhood behavior/development. Tiffany is determined to give structured training, mentorship, consistent encouragement, and character growth. She prioritizes instilling values that lead to flourishing both in and out of the studio- integrity, resilience, humility, teamwork, determination, and purpose. In her downtime she enjoys singing, dancing, yoga, poetry, gardening, and lots of laughs with her four pets! She is excited and honored to be a member of the Diamond Dance Works team and can’t wait to develop lasting positive results with this community of dancers!
